Want to Save Money on Utility Bills?

One of the best ways to save money on utility bills is to improve the energy efficiency of your home. An energy audit is an easy way to determine what areas of your home are using the most energy. An audit will pinpoint those areas and suggest the most effective measures for cutting your energy costs. The City of Flagstaff has a Residential Energy Retrofit Program designed to help Flagstaff residents reduce their home energy consumption and save money. The program offers two tiers of retrofit services:

Tier I energy retrofit - Includes the installation of low cost, high efficiency energy and water conservation measures and energy conservation education.
Tier II energy retrofit - Includes the implementation of all tier I measures, an energy audit and preliminary mitigation of structural leaks and recommendation for further mitigation.
